Mihaela Moes Tirsar
Socio Director
- She is a founder and managing director of the company.
- She has advised in multiple internationalization projects, outsourcing projects and relocation of production of Spanish companies in Romania and other European countries (metallurgical sector, automotive, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, chemical, construction, education, renewable energy, etc), organization of trade missions together with the Chambers of Commerce of Barcelona, Murcia, Terrassa, Sabadell, etc, Export Institutes and professional associations, etc.
- She has extensive experience in business development, by accessing new markets, loyalty and retaining international accounts, regardless of the sector and country of destination.
- Prior to the work developed in Dacia Consulting she developed her professional career in the area of Corporate Finance (advisory in Mergers and Acquisitions), in Andersen – Corporate Finance and Alta Partners – Corporate Finance, Barcelona, participating in complex processes of purchase and sale of companies, financing of SMEs with venture capital funds, supporting such processes with financial and strategic analysis, market studies, preparation of business plans, assistance in negotiations, etc.
- She holds a Master’s degree in Financial Markets from the University of Barcelona, 2001, and a degree in International Economic Relations from the Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest, 2000.
- She is fluent in Spanish, Catalan, English and Romanian. She has a mid level of Dutch and French, as well as a basic level of German.

- She joined our company as a partner in 2018.
- Business consultant, with more than 20 years of experience in start-up and business development, strategic management, commercial management, internationalization and financing.
- She has worked with companies of various sizes, from SMEs to large companies, in various industries: agriculture and food industry, industrial production, infrastructure and construction, energy, oil and gas, shipbuilding, IT, pharmaceutical industry, health services, retail , etc.
- She has also worked with International Financial Institutions, public institutions, banks and leasing companies.
- Between 2010 and 2017 she was Director for Central and Eastern Europe of SACE SpA, the Italian Export Credit Agency. In this capacity, he founded the regional office for South-Eastern Europe, created and implemented the development strategy and directed the office’s operations in the 15 countries of the region.
- In the period 1998-2010 she held various management positions within the ING bank.
- She graduated from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies and she holds a Master degree in International Business.
- She speaks perfectly Spanish, English and Romanian and posseses a high level of French and Italian.
Andrea Varga
Project manager
- She joined our company as a partner in 2004.
- Since then, she has advised in several projects of productive implantation of Spanish companies in Romania and other European countries (textile sector, metallurgical, automotive, construction), commercial implantation (construction materials, food, perfumes, wood, etc.), organization of trade missions with Spanish Chambers of Commerce and different professional associations, etc.
- She has six years of experience (1995 – 2001) in sales and market development in the financial sector, working in several countries: Danubius Securities (Bucharest, Romania), Rabobank Investments (Budapest, Hungary), Goldman Sachs (London, UK).
- She has combined responsibilities in: commercial management, international market research and opportunity identification, strategic planning, team management and inter-departmental coordination, analysis of financial situations and elaboration of business recommendations.
- She has carried out several consulting and management projects in tourism and horeca, as well as for startups.
- She holds an MBA degree from IESE Barcelona, (2001 – 2003) and a degree in Finance from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, 1998.
- She speaks fluently Spanish, English, French, Hungarian and Romanian. She has a high level of Catalan and German.
Jaume Grau
Project manager
- He is a founding partner of the company.
- He has 30 years of experience as a lawyer in commercial law and business consultant (1991-present) in Barcelona.
- 25 years ago he founded together with other partners his own office, where the current team of 5 professionals develops legal, juridical, fiscal and accounting advisory activities for Spanish SMEs.
- During this long professional period he has had and continues to have the opportunity to work with companies from various sectors of activity.
- He is an active member of the Barcelona Bar Association, developing an important judicial and procedural activity.
- He holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the Colegio Universitario Abat Oliva, Barcelona (1991) and a law degree from the University of Barcelona (1984-1989).
- He is a native speaker of Spanish and Catalan, has a high level of English and an intermediate level of Romanian.
